Account Executive


  • Provide an ongoing high level of customer service to BCI’s diverse portfolio of clients in the form of client care calls & face to face product training.
  • Produce sales for BCI Asia through membership renewals and upsells.
  • To feedback critical information to the sales department and management for the purpose of product enhancement.
  • Resolve complains and feedbacks from clients promptly.


  • Dynamic, Self-motivated and result-oriented. 
  • Client-centric.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 year sales or customer service experience. Experience in service industry will be an added advantage. Candidate with proven longer working experience will be offered a Senior position.
  • Able to work under fast paced environment.
  • Team player.
