Accounts Officer
Pre-requisites
- At least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficency in SAP and MS Office
- Meticulous, organized with good interpersonal skills
- Result-Oriented and self-motivated person with strong analytical abilities
- Possess initiative and ability to work on a team
Key Responsibilities
- Account Receivable function supporting the Accountant
- Perform reconciliation on POS/APM daily sales collection
- Prepare weekly report for management
- Creation of Sales Order for adhoc invoicing
- Ensure timely month end closing of Account Receivable
- Implement process improvements to enhance greater efficiency of AR processes
- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
