Operations Executive


  • 2 years of related work experience
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and result oriented
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with working on weekends when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Drivers' payroll computation and capture records in system
  • Plan and deploy Drivers to ensure optimal utilization of buses and trips
  • Manage Drivers' attendance and discipline
  • Provide customer service to commuters (e.g. lost and found items in the bus)
  • Manage and enforce maintenance service schedule
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on insurance and renewal matters (e.g. COE renewal, record buses for the replacement and returned buses)
  • Monitor fuel consumption of buses and manage season parking of buses
  • Work with relevant authorities on compliance and regulatory matters
