Operations Executive
Pre-requisites
- 2 years of related work experience
- Resourceful, self-motivated and result oriented
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with working on weekends when required
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Drivers' payroll computation and capture records in system
- Plan and deploy Drivers to ensure optimal utilization of buses and trips
- Manage Drivers' attendance and discipline
- Provide customer service to commuters (e.g. lost and found items in the bus)
- Manage and enforce maintenance service schedule
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on insurance and renewal matters (e.g. COE renewal, record buses for the replacement and returned buses)
- Monitor fuel consumption of buses and manage season parking of buses
- Work with relevant authorities on compliance and regulatory matters
