Pre-requisites
- O level / WPLN5
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
- Microsoft office application and computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and a good team player
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception duties
- Provide administrative support to our cabbies and members from the public
- Attend to walk-in customers and phone enquiries
