Senior / Executive (Supplies Management)
Pre-Requisites
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related study • Preferably with 5 to 7 years of procurement experience in engineering / logistics industry
- Knowledgeable in contracts management will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, organised with strong, analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills for negotiation across different levels
- Responsible, mature, positive-minded with good initiative and pro-active
- Able to work independently and carries leadership attributes
- Able to identify colors
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional category team to create a sourcing strategy for review and approval by key stakeholder
- Initiate and drive communication and project plans to ensure effective delivery of saving and other deliverables against the sourcing strategy
- Perform market analysis to understand market conditions and dynamics, and constantly monitor supply market activities
- Evaluate suppliers’ performance and conduct review to solicit improvement plans for continuous improvement to meet company’s business requirements
