Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs.
  • Telemarketing. Maintaining and liasing with existing customers.
  • Support sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders and follow through with customers.

 

Requirements

  • Requirements: 'O' levels and above with 1-2 yrs experiences in customer service environment
  • Preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with an interest to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate
  • Comfortable over the phone
  • Articulate, pleasant with a cheerful personality
