Responsibilities:

• Resourceful in prospecting for new project sales & achieving sales target given
• Active search for new clients : cold-calling and etc
• Attend meeting with clients on their interior design needs & requirements
• Working closely with the Design Department on clients requirements and design concept
• Prepare contracts, project schedule, submissions and other relevant documents
• Involve in project management, such as coordinating project activities with contractors and supplies to ensure work carried out is adherence to project schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant sales experience in Interior Fit-Outs for Retail, Office and Residential
• Must have strong-in-depth knowledge in Interior Design / Fitting-Out works
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Associate
• Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
• Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle prefer
• Able to start work within short notice
• Only Singaporean and PRs need to apply

Benefit                 : Basic Salary + Commission

Salary                  : $1600 + Commission
