Desktop Support Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Required to work the daily routine task: backup operation, application rollout, Windows 10 OS upgrade deployment.


  • Knowledge and configure in Microsoft Window operating System 7
  • System Migration experience in WIN 7 and WIN 8 to WIN 10 operating system
  • Good Knowledge in Desktop problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HP, Dell or Lenovo server hardware will be an added advantage.
  • At least PC or System 2 - 3 years support experience.
  • Good command spoken and written in English
  • Independent, responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure with problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and systematic on documents and following operating procedures.
  • Must be able to commit at least 4 months
