Consultant (SFDC)

Job Responsibilities

  • Create business requirements documentation with process flow diagrams and use case definitions
  • Execute activities such as data mapping, object modelling, page layout design and rule logic definitions
  • Execute testing and validation to ensure that the Salesforce configuration meets the business requirements and solution design
  • Perform data analysis, requirements, design, and migration
  • Prepare BRD and SDD deliverables
  • Develop and deliver SFDC user training

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of professional services or technical consulting experience
  • Possess 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and consulting experience
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies
  • Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Highly detailed oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Dynamic CRM) and has experience working with external clients
  • Industry expertise in high-tech, manufacturing, multimedia and ecommerce
