Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC
  • Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and future enhancements
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems
  • Review test plans and test cases to ensure completeness
  • Involvement in the system integration testing or user acceptance testing phase prior to implementation
  • Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements
  • Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
  • Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies
  • Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation
  • Provide support for project administration and budgeting


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / any related IT Degree 
  • 1-2 years of working experience in systems / business analysis for software projects
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is an advantage
