Management and negotiation ancillary service contract procurement
a. Responsible for ancillary contract management and negotiation
b. Develops, implements, and manages ancillary procurement contracts
c. Serves as the primary contact relating ancillary contract management for all internal and external stakeholders
d. Develops and fosters successful, long-term business relationships with the relevant stakeholders
e. Participate in discussions, problem solving and priority-setting for the ancillary contract related matters
f. Responsible for regular reporting including ancillary contracts progress or designate ad-hoc duties
Support day to day operations task
The Market Analyst is responsible for fulfilling the market operation obligations of COMPANY in accordance with the market rules. The scope of responsibilities includes performing analysis of market outcomes, support settlement operation duties and risk management, provision of market performance reporting and routine data request, administration of standing data, managing data subscription, and improving business operation processes. He/ She will assist the Manager in ensuring an efficient and reliable market clearing and settlement operation in the following areas:
1) Pricing Analysis
2) Settlement Routine Operation
3) Prudential Management
4) Market Information Dissemination
5) Standing Data Administration
6) Data Subscription Management
- Good degree in Engineering /Computer Science/ Economics / Business related Degree
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in power system/settlements
- Knowledge of: Market, settlements, and pricing analysis
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous in work
- Understanding of electricity industry
- Good communications skills (spoken and written)
- Highly proficient in MS Office and VBA
