The Opportunity 

You will strategize, execute and iterate on design decisions to deliver the best user experience for our customers by collaborating cross-departmentally. You will shape the processes of our workflows to build a design-centric team.

Things you'll do 

• Work closely with various stakeholders to determine and evolve features across our suite of enterprise SaaS products
• Lead user research and interviews, and help define process for collecting quantitative and qualitative user feedback
• Plan and conduct design thinking workshops
• Run collaborative sessions to shape the brand and product experience
• Plan, prioritize, and lead user experience audits, reviews and heuristics evaluations
• Implement a data-driven philosophy informed by user-centric mindset in our workflows
• Gather and translate high-level requirements and use cases into detailed process flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Skills you'll need 

Technical

• 1+ years of experience as a design team lead, 5+ years in the UX design industry.
• Ability to facilitate design sprints
• Experience working with developers to implement design and interaction specifications
• Knowledge in building a living style guide to communication the brand's design system
• Define UI elements across web and mobile apps for different products, while building and maintaining coherence for our brand
• Skilfully communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer and other similar tools
• Strong understanding about requirements discovery and testing methods

Attitude

• A spirit of collaboration, clear and adaptive communication skills

Bonus skills and attributes

• Fluent in HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Knowledge in visualising data
• A keen eye for interaction design, including strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory, etc.)
• Have previous experience working in startups
