Client Success Manager

Job responsibilities

Recruit and manage client success team to complete the following tasks:

•      Responsible for the deployment and training of new clients to ensure that clients can obtain practical commercial value through LEAN WORK products;

•      Maintain regular communication with clients, motivate clients to continue to use LEAN WORK products, and improve the utilization rate of users;

•      Quickly respond and solve problems from clients, assist clients to find the optimal plan in different work scenarios;

•      Take the initiative to learn and update product and industry knowledge. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of product value and correct application mode to clients;

•      Collect product feedback from clients, communicate with product team to give suggestions on product optimization and improvement;

•      Maintain client relationship and improve client satisfaction;

•      Work closely with sales team to improve client renewal rate and secondary sales;

•      Cooperate with Marketing Department to organize user stories regularly and assist to output typical user cases;

 

 

Job specification

•      Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English and Chinese, self-motivated 

•      At least 5 years of working experience in pre-sales, after-sales, sales and other related fields, and at least 2 years of team management experience in pre-sales, after-sales and sales;

•      Background in SaaS enterprise service or fintech industry;

•      Willing to become a "veteran player" of LEAN WORK products, understand and be familiar with each functional modules and best practices of LEAN WORK products;

•      Have a deep understanding of "client orientated spirit" and constantly try new methods to increase user satisfaction and retention;

•      Serious and meticulous about work with a strong sense of responsibility. Fast learner, good communicator and team player.
