Operations Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management or relevant qualifications in production/manufacturing.
- Able to adapt to the dynamic requirements of the customers and/or production constraints at short notice.
- Inventory Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills – Able to engage others with strong and authentic relationships.
- Effective communicator who is tenacious in delivery of world-class business processes.
- Resilient in the face of complexity and ambiguity.
- Demonstrates good initiative & influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading daily operation to ensure meeting operation KPI and SOP compliances.
- Priority to ensure Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost control in place.
- Leading continue process improvement and drive towards Manufacturing Excellence for Operations.
- Reporting (Volume, Productivity and Quality).
- Involve in Daily Operational Review to update and executions.
- Resources Planning and executions.
