Job Description:

• Handle inquiries related affiliate programme (Partnerstore) via  calls and e-mails
• Handle and Manage merchants’ store lifecycle included but not limited to store set up, technical integration support, testing and maintain of merchant Database
• Handle missing order research with merchants
• Prepare weekly and monthly report generation and analysis
• Involved in all activities related to Partnerstores program (Affiliate Marketing) to support increase of number of Partnerstores locally, increase revenue via Partnerstore program and increase of traffic to shop.com websitesto
• Work with cross functional team and existing merchants on marketing activities/promotion/campaign to drive sales and improve partner’s sales performance
• Working cross functional teams to improve partner performance, including but not limited to working with tech teams to drive partner tech roadmaps
• Follow up and payment issue with merchants
• Conduct weekly audit on website to ensure proper setup of stores

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder preferably in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field internet marketing or related discipline
• Knowledge in Online sales and Marketing, html programme, e-commerce marketing or affiliate marketing will be advantage
• Initiative, independent and resourceful with marketing senses and business awareness
• Meticulous, good analytical and problem solving skills
• Mature, well-organized and good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese in view of communication with clients
• Must be tech savy and proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications, etc.
