Human Resource Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Familiar with current Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of company HR related issues
  • Perform payroll and CPF monthly and annual IR8A
  • Recruitment and hiring, process of work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Maintain and update employee database and administrate employee benefits including annual leave, medical, insurance, etc.


  • Candidate must possess Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates
  • Singaporeans or non-pass holder only
