Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Assist office administrative work
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer calls from all outlets and handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
- Update company policies as needed
- Other duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Have relevant experiences
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Be able to commit 6 days work per week and work on weekend
