The PR People is a boutique PR firm that specialises in beauty, lifestyle, and fashion brands. Our list of clients includes both international beauty MNCs and cult labels, including Sephora, Gucci Beauty, Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, Chloe, Tiffany, Drunk Elephant, Massimo Dutti, and Lady M. Our scope of work covers the gamut of beauty, lifestyle, and fashion launches, including those for makeup, skincare, fragrances, spas, body care, aesthetic clinics and more.

Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative and accounting duties (AP and AR) and ensure accurate recording of expenditure (full set accounting not required)
• Check and process payment to suppliers, ensure proper supporting documentation for approved payments
• Assist in timely month-end closing for Account Payable transactions and data entry into the Xero accounting system
• Liaising with internal and external partners on invoices and payment related matters
• Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required

The candidate should
• Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in a similar role advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Passion for fashion and beauty industry

Work Timing: 9am - 6pm
