Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Executive will play an integral role in driving the HR transformation of ViewQwest. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in providing strategic HR services while being competent in running HR Operations.
- Partner HR Manager to provide support in full spectrum of HR functions to lines of business
- Assist with recruitment and employee onboarding
- Take charge of payroll administration
- Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellation, medical requirements for foreign workers
- Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records in the systems
- Assist HR Manager in HR Transformation projects
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, especially payrolls processing
- Sound knowledge of Local Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax and legislations is a must
- Keen interest in technology will be an added advantage
- Must be IT savvy
- Demonstrate high level of confidentiality and able to communicate with all levels of staff
- Independent, mature with innate sense of responsibility. Self starter and resourceful.
