Job Description
• Collate information on the issues reported
• Track the issues, troubleshoot the issues and monitor data discrepancy, generate the statistics and monitor application performance
• Handle data patching and data verification
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in IT Software Development will be an advantage
