Technician (Facilities Management)
Pre-Requisites
- Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechanical & Electrical Services / Building Services Engineering • Preferably 3 years of working experience in building & building services
- Good communication skill
- Computer literate
- A team player
- Willing to perform 3 rotating shifts
- Prepare to work after office hours due to exigencies of service
- Ability to identify colours
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Preventive & Corrective maintenance of the buildings & building services (e.g. architectural finishes, sanitary, drainage, carpentry, ironmongery, signage)
- Attend to incidents or equipment failures/faults
- Ensure failure/faults are rectified without delays
- Perform building emergency services duties in accordance with Duty Roster
- Assist the Facilities Management (FM) team to inspect contractors' level of manpower, spares, tool & equipment to ensure that they are sufficiently maintained
- Assist the FM team in monitor performance of contractors
- Attend to fault reporting, fault response & carried out corrective maintenance
