Executive Trainee Programme
The Executive Trainee Programme is a fast track 26-week programme designed for fresh Degree/ Diploma graduates or graduates with at least 1 year’s retail experience, who aspire to grow and contribute to the forward looking and dynamic fashion retail industry. They will be provided with opportunities to be mentored and coached by a team of functional experts. Besides on the job training to equip them to take on higher responsibilities within the retail shop front operations, the programme also includes key projects/ challenges that are designed to enrich and speed up their learning process.
Other training courses and workshops will be made available to the Executive Trainees to strengthen their interpersonal, leadership, retail operations and product knowledge. At the end of the programme, Executive Trainees will assume the role of retail Supervisor.
You are responsible for the daily operations of a retail store, it’s financial performance as well as staff management. You will continue to be assessed and developed with an ultimate aim of taking up a key leadership role within the retail business. In addition, you will also ensure that the store meets the brand's visual merchandising and service standards by guiding junior staff in their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
- Responsible for the daily operations of the store
- Strong passion for fashion and retail sales
- Resourceful with high degree of initiative and maturity
- Good leadership qualities with good business acumen
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays
