Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle and process debtors and suppliers’ billings
- Generate and send statement of account to customer
- Follow up with customers on all outstanding payments
- Perform reconciliations and stock adjustment
- Liaise with customers and internal departments on billing matters
- Process payment and claims
- Maintain proper documentation filing system
- Assist in month end closing
Requirements
- Min 1 year working experience in accounting
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office application (Excels and Words) and experience in using AutoCount is preferred
- Meticulous and well organized
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
