Audio Video Conference and Telecommunication Administrator
- Act as a single point of contact for AV, VC, Telephony systems and Mobile phone matters.
- Provide technical assistance to corporate end-users with issues or requests regarding to Cisco, Avaya and/or Panasonic IP phones, as well as, Audio/Visual (A/V) Telepresence devices.
- Setup, test, monitor and provide technical support for video conferencing sessions.
- Troubleshoot and replace (RMA) faulty video conferencing equipment and desk phones.
- Administer the PABX systems, Telephone Lines and equipment RMAs.
- Perform other related duties as when required.
- Diploma in Telecommunications or related Technology curriculum preferred.
- Experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting telecom systems (3G/4G technology, PABX systems), Mobile, AV and/or VC soltuions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and building floor plan layouts.
- Ability to apply good organizational and problem solving skills and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong documentation and service management skills.
