Accounts & HR Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of Accounts and Administrative duties
- To handle Full set of accounts including purchasing and vendor management
- Monitor closely on AR and AP functions and finance planning budget
- Handle Payroll functions
- Manage office administration functions
- Provide reports and support to the management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling both Accounts and Administrative functions
- Proficient in MS office, Word and Excel
- Experience in Quickbooks software
- Independant and possess good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
