IT Support/Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Perform computer and network and server troubleshooting
- Provide configure and support and troubleshooting for Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall.
- Support and troubleshooting for server and desktop /laptop(Windows, Mac OS)
- Implement cloud service such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365.
- Manage IT project and coordinate with vendor for schedule and implementation.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related IT support field is required for this position.
- Hands on experience on Network (Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall etc) preferred
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in computing science and engineering
