General Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing the company’s culture and overall company vision.
  • Acting as lead client-care officer through direct contact with every client and partner.
  • Assisting, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the company to meet sales, growth and market share objectives.
  • Driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Assuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations and develop new area for better business opportunities.
  • Review company budgets and forecasted financials on a regular basis
  • Highlight potential breakthroughs in areas of cost improvement or revenue growth during planning process
  • Analyse market, competitor and customer to support the strategic management process
  • Implement, review and improve Internal control and processes
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the company.

Job Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of senior management experience
  • Goal-oriented and consistent management style, with the ability to motivate employees and inspire them with new ideas and approaches.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Critical and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills; an intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
