IT Executive

Job Description: 

  • Partner the IT and Business Teams in the provision of Line of Business (LOB) IT solutions for the Business Unit.
  • Under general supervision, partner IT and Business teams to understand business problems, develop and deliver Business solution IT solutions as well as maintain the solutions
  • Understand and translate business needs and processes into IT solutions
  • Work closely with the business in increasing competitiveness and value creation through IT transformation and innovation opportunities
  • Gather business requirement, analyze and propose a IT solution/ plan
  • Engage business stakeholder to ensure the digital solution/ plan create the right value proposition
  • Take on new business IT opportunities and turn it into a realistic project implementation
  • Lead and implement projects
  • Create and manage project plans with Agile methods, depending on project scope and deliverables requirements
  • Lead the entire life cycle of system implementation projects
  • Foster strong partnership and co-own successfully project delivery with internal Business Project Managers / Stakeholders


Requirment:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good track record in developing, managing and delivering technology transformation objectives and plans
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in CI/CD environment
  • Experienced in Agile, implementing digital technologies which deliver value to the organization 
  • Good analytical skills, with ability to absorb information, conceptualize and implement
  • Demonstrate good communication skills to manage different internal stakeholders
  • Familiar with creative thinking and innovation methodologies shall be advantageous
